Zero organisation, the foam party that was supposed to start at 1pm started half an hour later as they didn't start preparing the water for the foam until 1pm, so the kids had to wait half an hour in the sun for the fun to start, luckily after it started the kids had a great time
Today is Children's Day, next to the Tauron Arena Kraków. Two stars for refusing to sell a one-hour pass. Apparently because it was overcast and might rain. An hour costs 55 złoty, half an hour 40 złoty, and there were crowds of people waiting in line, so if you don't know what's going on, it's about the money. Not a drop of rain fell.
